How to delete pages from a PDF
- Choose a PDF.
- Type the pages you want to remove, like 2, 4-5, or use Quick pick.
- Press Delete pages, then Download PDF.
Tips
- Look at the page numbers in your PDF viewer first, because the first page is always 1, even if the page shows another printed number.
- Write several ranges at once, for example 1, 3-4, 9, and each page is removed only once.
- Check the new file before you send it, especially if you removed pages to hide something private.
- If you only want to keep a few pages, it is faster to use Split PDF and type the pages you want to keep.

Good to know
Deleting pages builds a new PDF from the pages that stay. Your original file is never changed, so you can run it again with another selection.
- Write ranges with a dash and separate them with commas, for example 2, 4-5. A page number larger than the document is reported instead of being ignored.
- You cannot remove every page. At least one page must remain.
- The limit is 100 MB per file.
- Pages are copied, not redrawn, so text stays selectable and quality does not drop.
Common questions
How do I delete just one page?
Type that page number, such as 3, in Pages to delete, then press Delete pages.
Does the original file change?
No. You get a new PDF and the original file stays as it is.
Is my file uploaded?
No. The file is processed in your browser on your device and is not sent to a server.
Can I delete pages from different parts of the file?
Yes. Separate the parts with commas, like 1, 4-6, 10.
Can I get a deleted page back?
Not from the new file, but your original is untouched. Run the tool again from the original with a different selection.
