Tips
- Check the order of the list before you merge. The file at the top becomes the first pages.
- Rotate sideways pages first with Organize PDF, so the merged file does not need fixing afterwards.
- Fill in any form fields before merging, because interactive parts may not carry over.
- If the merged file is too big, run it through Compress PDF.

Good to know
Merging copies every page of every file, in list order, into one new PDF. It does not re-draw or re-compress the pages, so text stays selectable and images keep their quality. Because nothing is re-encoded, the merged file is roughly the sum of the originals.
- Limits: up to 20 files in one go, and up to 100 MB per file.
- If one file is password-protected or damaged, the tool tells you which one, so you can fix it and try again.
- Very large merges on an older phone can be slow. Merging in two smaller groups first is gentler on memory.
Common questions
How many PDFs can I merge?
Up to 20 files at a time.
Will forms and bookmarks stay?
Pages are copied as they are, but interactive parts such as form fields or bookmarks may not carry over.
Is my file uploaded?
No. The file is processed in your browser on your device and is not sent to a server.
Can I merge more than 20 files?
Not in one go. Merge the files in groups, then merge the results into one final file.
Will the pages look the same after merging?
Yes. The pages are copied as they are, so how they look does not change.
